Data Engineer (AI & Global Data Infrastructure)

About the Company:
A company engaged in real estate development (condominiums, nursing homes, resorts, etc.), real estate management, investment, and IT-related businesses. They specialize in real estate development for seniors, young people, and inbound tourists, and utilize the group's overseas network for low-cost material procurement and M&A. They aim for business growth while responding to Japan's declining birthrate, aging population, and increasing inbound tourism.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building global data platforms and database systems, designing and maintaining database architectures such as PostgreSQL, ensuring system stability, scalability, and data consistency.
2. Responsible for data pipeline development and maintenance, including data collection, cleaning, standardization, computation, storage, and automatic updates.
3. Building automated scheduling systems, developing scheduled tasks (Cron), workflow orchestration (Airflow), and batch processing mechanisms.
4. Responsible for backend API development and maintenance, supporting data calls for frontend visualization systems and business modules.
5. Participating in AI/NLP data processing, including text cleaning, embedding, cluster analysis, feature extraction, and multi-source data fusion.
6. Establishing data quality control and version management mechanisms to ensure system traceability, interpretability, and reproducibility.
7. Collaborating with research, product, and business teams to promote the construction of AI data infrastructure.
