Core System Renewal Project for Major Manufacturer / Material Master / BOM Management Leader Candidate / Able to Travel / Remote Work Negotiable / Immediate Start / Osaka City

Job Description:
This is a core system renewal project that saw its first phase launched in January last year.
Currently in a phase of three-stage deployment to various factories until 2027, with comprehensive testing underway simultaneously at three sites.
Other vendors are responsible for migration and development, while our client's work involves UAT, handling inquiries in production, and issue investigation.
Specifically, inquiry handling includes researching and responding to inquiries, initial categorization of issues as bugs or improvement needs if gaps exist, and discussing/coordinating temporary solutions with users/system representatives if interim measures are required.
Issue investigation involves discussing business challenges with users.
Work Location: We would prefer you commute to the client's Osaka head office (Kitashinchi) as much as possible, but remote work is also negotiable.
However, on-site presence is required during the following periods:
1. For a certain period after commencement, business travel to Osaka for team building (duration and frequency negotiable).
2. From around November 2024, intermittent business travel to Utsunomiya for UAT and preparation, approximately twice a week (not every week).
3. From around September 2025 to December 2025, permanent residence in Utsunomiya for go-live and hypercare.
