Senior Consultant for Core System Refresh Project (MM Module) for a Major Manufacturer / Travel Possible / Remote Work Negotiable / Immediate Start / Osaka City

Work Details:
This is a core system refresh project that saw its first phase go live in January last year.
It is in the phase of rolling out to each factory in three stages until 2027, with the current stage involving integrated testing at three sites simultaneously.
Other vendors are responsible for migration and development, while our client's work involves UAT, handling inquiries in production, and issue analysis.
Specifically, for inquiry handling, this includes investigating and responding to inquiries, initial categorization of whether a GAP is a defect or an improvement, and if temporary measures are needed, discussing/coordinating temporary solutions with users/system representatives.
Issue analysis involves discussing business challenges with users.
Work Location: We would prefer you to come to the client's Osaka headquarters (Kitashinchi) as much as possible, but remote work is also negotiable.
However, on-site presence is required during the following periods:
1. After project start, a certain period of business travel to Osaka for team building (duration and frequency negotiable).
2. From around November 2024, intermittent business trips to Utsunomiya approximately twice a week for UAT and preparation (not every week).
3. From around September 2025 to December 2025, stationed in Utsunomiya for go-live and hypercare.
