Job Description:
The core system renewal project, which had its first phase launched in January last year, is now in the stage of deployment to each factory in three stages until 2027. The current process involves integrated testing simultaneously at three locations.
Other vendors are responsible for migration and development, while our client's work primarily involves User Acceptance Testing (UAT), handling inquiries in production, and discussing issues.
Specifically, inquiry handling includes investigating and responding to inquiries, initial categorization of issues as bugs or improvement requests if there are gaps, and discussing/coordinating temporary solutions with users/system personnel when needed.
Problem discussion involves engaging with users on operational challenges.
Work Location: We would like you to come to the client's Osaka head office (Kitashinchi) as much as possible, but remote work is also negotiable.
However, on-site presence is required during the following periods:
1. After project commencement, a certain period of business travel to Osaka for team building (duration and frequency are individually negotiable).
2. From around November 2024, intermittent business travel to Utsunomiya about twice a week for UAT and preparation (not every week).
3. From around September 2025 to December 2025, resident in Utsunomiya for go-live and hypercare.
